Release and Consent

Thank you for attending our Women’s History Month Culture Talk on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at VMHC. Reminder, this event will be recorded and then published on YouTube. To participate in and attend the Event, you must read and agree to the following:

Consent to Recording and Use

By entering the Event venue, you consent to being recorded (audio, video, and/or photography), and you grant the podcast hosts, producers, sponsors, and their respective assigns, licensees, and affiliates (collectively, “Producers”) the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your voice, image, name, and likeness as captured during the Event.

You understand that these recordings may be used in whole or in part in any media, now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to podcasts, video platforms, websites, social media, promotional materials, and streaming services, without restriction or compensation.

Waiver and Release

You waive any right to inspect or approve any recordings or materials that may be used in connection with the Event. You release and hold harmless the Producers from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which you may have now or in the future by reason of anything contained in the recordings or their use.

Acknowledgment

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Release and Consent Form;

• You are at least 18 years of age (or have a parent/guardian present who also consents);

• You voluntarily agree to the terms set forth above.
